Tilt / Shift recently went on location to shoot a set of product shots for Keiser. We booked a half day at RSM Studios, and with a little post and some hellish masking, voilà.
In the Works
In the works, and long overdue, I’m excited to be working on a website for Ms. Abigail Nolte. She has a handful of unreleased recordings, and plans for a throwback group which she’ll be fronting. Here’s her original “Black & White” from her upcoming digital EP.
Enjoy.

HDR
What is HDR you ask? It stands for High Dynamic Range, and refers to a set of techniques that allow a greater dynamic range of luminance between the lightest and darkest areas of an image. Basically, the steps taken in capturing (exposure bracketing), and post production, result in a crazy amount of overall detail through the image. Above are a couple of images I’ve processed in this fashion.
A lot HDR Portraiture I’ve seen, tends to be pretty heavy handed with the filters, so for my series, I’m trying to ease off a little and let the subjects’ eyes do the talking.

550 pixels wide just doesn’t do it justice. Click for the biggie.

I'm going to add lots of stuff on here, and then tell you when to come back and look at it. :: J
